Remember the HOME TEAM is reponsible for posting game scores, pitchers, and pitch counts. Do it right after your game, but in no case more than 24 hours after your game. If score and pitchers/pitch counts are not entered within 24 hours, the Visitors should do so.
FORFEITS: Forfeits should be entered as a score of 6-0. If you play a scrimmage, pitch counts still matter! Make sure to enter them, even on forfeits.
Home Team Managers – Instructions for Entering Game Results
Home Team Managers, did you just play a game? Do you need to enter the result and Pitch Counts? Follow these instructions:
Step 1 – Log into the website in the upper right hand corner.
Step 2 – Click on the SCHEDULE tab in the top button bar
Step 3 – Click the “Show Tag Menu” on the right hand side of the page
Step 4 – Scroll down and put a checkbox next to your team name
Step 5 – Click into EDIT MODE in the Upper Right Corner
Step 6 – Click on the game in question and then click Edit Game
Step 7 – Scroll down and change '"Game Status" to Completed
Step 8 – Enter the Final Score and then click the “Save and Enter Game Stats” button
Step 9 – Use the TABS at the top of the screen to enter Home and Away Team Stats – save it
You’re done! Once you’ve done this 1 time, you should find it fairly simple to repeat for future games.
